The theme of Tranny Fest 2003 Full Throttle is
"Hot Rods, Hot Pants, and Muscle Cars! As always, the festival
begins with a variety of performances,
panels, and parties. It climaxes with a
multitude of
groundbreaking films during the glamorous explosion
of “The Transgender and Transgenre Cinema Film
Festival." During
the film festival, dress up in your best racing and
hot rod outfits - join the fun!
